The Australian Future Hearing Initiative (AFHI) is an ambitious research collaboration between Google Research and world leading organisations in the hearing accessibility space associated with Australian Hearing Hub at Macquarie University in Sydney.
The research collaborators
The AFHI focus is applying machine learning (ML) and advanced computational modelling together with new tests of hearing functions to develop listening and communication devices that offer highly customised hearing assitance.
